T75 tank container is a professional equipment used to transport special media such as cryogenic liquefied gas. Generally, the inner tank is made of stainless steel, such as the common 304 stainless steel, which has good corrosion resistance and can adapt to the storage and transportation of various media; the outer shell is mostly made of carbon steel, which reduces costs while ensuring strength. High vacuum multi-layer insulation technology is used to form a narrow gap high vacuum insulation space between the inner container and the outer shell, and a multi-layer insulation reflective screen is wrapped around it. It is also equipped with low-temperature and normal temperature adsorbents to effectively reduce heat transfer, ensure the temperature stability of cryogenic liquids, and reduce the gasification rate. The liquefied gases that can be transported include: liquid oxygen, liquid nitrogen, liquid argon, liquefied natural gas, ethylene, liquid helium, etc.
T75 tank container is also equipped with complete safety devices, mainly safety valves, pressure gauges, inner tank bursting discs, liquid level gauges, and emergency shut-off devices. Our production meets ISO standards and is also certified by classification societies to ensure the safety and reliability of tank containers at sea and during transportation.
