What are the characteristics and advantages of the materials of containers?
The main material is steel. Its biggest advantage is that it contains special alloy elements, which can resist atmospheric corrosion under harsh climatic conditions. After wind, rain, high humidity and salt erosion, it still maintains structural strength and integrity, greatly extending the service life of the container and reducing maintenance costs. The container wall is mostly made of corrugated steel plates. This structural design not only enhances the strength of the plate itself, but also reduces the overall weight and improves the cargo capacity. The floor is commonly used in wooden floors, which have certain anti-slip and wear-resistant properties, and also meet some transportation scenarios that require moisture-proof goods; some special-purpose container floors will use fireproof and anti-static materials to adapt to the transportation needs of electronic components.

How are containers made?
The manufacturing process starts with steel pretreatment, flattening and straightening the weather-resistant steel plates, and then shot blasting and spraying primer to ensure that the steel surface is flat, rust-free and has basic protection. Then comes the cutting and stamping process. According to the design size and shape specifications, the steel plates are accurately cut into side panels, top panels, door panels and other parts using CNC equipment, and the required connection holes, reinforcing rib grooves and other structures are stamped out at the same time. The welding process is followed. With the help of automated welding robots and manual welding, the components are welded and assembled according to the designed frame structure to build the main body of the container. The quality of the welds is strictly controlled, and flaw detection is performed to ensure that there are no defects such as cracks and pores. After assembly and molding, the painting process begins. First, putty is applied to fill minor flaws and smooth the surface, and then the intermediate paint and topcoat are sprayed in turn. The paint layer has anti-corrosion, weather-resistant and beautiful functions. Finally, various accessories such as door locks, hinges, vents, refrigeration equipment (refrigerated boxes), etc. are installed to complete the finished product manufacturing.

Can containers with special specifications or uses be customized?
Absolutely. We have a professional design and development team that can customize non-standard size containers according to the special needs of customers. Whether it is extra-wide, extra-long, extra-high, or has unique separation and layout requirements for the internal space, we can accurately design and manufacture them. For special purposes, such as mobile energy storage containers, everything from functional configuration to exterior decoration can be customized on demand.

How to perform daily maintenance of containers?
For exterior maintenance, clean the box regularly, remove dust, dirt, and salt, check whether the paint surface is damaged, and repaint in time to prevent corrosion from spreading; check the structure, pay attention to deformation and cracks, focus on welding parts and corner connections, and reinforce and repair abnormalities in time; for refrigerated containers, clean the condenser and evaporator regularly according to the operation manual, check the refrigeration pipeline seal, and the temperature control system calibration to ensure normal refrigeration. Floor maintenance, avoid scratches from sharp edges of heavy objects, regularly clean and moisture-proof, and re-apply protective paint to wooden floors in time to extend the service life. Reasonable maintenance can extend the service life of containers and ensure transportation safety.

How to ensure that containers comply with relevant regulations on transportation and export?
From the design stage, we incorporate regulatory considerations, such as load design matching the weight limit regulations of highways and railways in various countries, and the size matching the loading space of transportation tools and traffic facilities. During manufacturing, we strictly follow the standard process to ensure stable and reliable quality. During the finished product inspection stage, we simulate different transportation scenarios and working conditions for testing. For export containers, we also follow the special requirements of the customs and quarantine of the destination country. For example, some countries have fumigation and disinfection regulations for wooden packaging and floors. We handle them in advance and issue compliance certificates to ensure that the containers can be successfully declared and transported and can be used in the international market.

How to ensure the quality of container manufacturing?
Starting from the control of raw materials, each batch of weathering steel is strictly sampled for chemical composition and mechanical properties to ensure that the material meets the standards; in the cutting and stamping stages, CNC equipment is regularly calibrated for accuracy to prevent dimensional deviations; in the welding stage, welding workers must be certified to work, follow standard process specifications, and perform 100% flaw detection on key welds; in the painting stage, we control the quality of paint, monitor indicators such as paint layer thickness and adhesion, and ensure anti-corrosion performance. After the finished product is assembled, it undergoes multiple rounds of rigorous inspections, including appearance inspections to see if there are any bumps or paint peeling, size verification to ensure compliance with standards, functional tests such as refrigeration tests for refrigerated boxes, door opening and closing smoothness tests, etc., while simulating transportation vibrations, stacking pressure and other working conditions to test structural strength. Only when all indicators are qualified can it be shipped.
